How Do I Download The eBook I Purchased?
Once you have walked through the checkout process, you will click the link "Return To InLight Connection" that is on the Paypal confirmation of payment page. This link will take you to an account creation page that will allow you to login and download your eBook. You will also receive an email from Paypal as a receipt of your purchase, as well as an email from us with a copy of the website link to download your eBook.

Important: After you checkout with PayPal DO NOT close your screen. You MUST click on "Return to InLight Connection" and create an account on DownLoadYourOrder.com.
Who is www.DownloadYourOrder.com?
InLight Connection is using a secure website, www.DownloadYourOrder.com which is owned and operated by us. It is to allow you to manage your own downloads that you buy online. Once you make a purchase you will be directed to www.DownlaodYourOrder.com and will be directed to create an account or login.

If you are getting "invalid access attempt" while trying to login after creating a new account:
What if I close my browser before I can create an account?
After your payment goes through with PayPal and you click "Return to InLight Connection" you must create a new account or use the "Get Login Details" if you have an account on www.downloadmyorder.com . If you mistakenly close your browser or something happens that you are not able to create the account then eMail us your PayPal receipt to support@downloadyourorder.com and we will manually set your account up for you. Problems logging into www.DownloadYourOrder.com...
You can go directly to the login page: www.DownloadYourOrder.com/download You can request your password to be sent to you. If you continue to have problems, email us at support@downloadyourorder.com.

If you are getting "invalid access attempt":
- In most cases this issue can be resolved by simply closing your browser, reopening the browser and then try to login again.
- NOTE: Your login information was sent to you in an email (check your Junk Mail if you did not get it). Double-check this initial email to be sure that you entered your email address and password correctly (passwords and email addresses are case sensitive). Let us know if you are still having trouble.
- To get the login email sent to you again go to www.downloadyourorder.com/download and click on "Forgotten your password? Click here. "
If you are having trouble downloading your products:
- Do not double-click on the file name as it will try to open it instead of saving it to your computer (this will take a very long time so close your browser and reopen it if you did this and save it instead)
- For a PC: "right click and choose Save Target As"
- For a Mac: "control click and Save Link As"
- Remember where you saved the files on your computer so you can open them after it is done downloading. If you are not sure where to save too, then choose your Desktop.
You closed your browser before setting up an account?
If you closed your browser screen during your checkout process in PayPal before you had a chance to create a new account on downloadyourorder.com, then you will not be allowed to create your download account. You will need to forward your PayPal receipt to us at morehelp@downloadyourorder.com and we will manually create your download account for you.
How to open eBooks, audio and video files:
Please note that eBooks require Adobe Acrobat Reader to open. If you are not able to open it, then go to this link http://get.adobe.com/reader to download. Adobe is the free legal version.
All MP3 audio and MP4 videos require a program on your computer to view them. You can use something like iTunes or Windows Media Player to assist you.

We do our best to get back with you within 24 hours, usually much quicker. It is better to contact us by eMail as opposed to telephone. Our office staff does not handle support so use support@downloadyourorder.com if you run into any problems.
Opening A Zip File:
If you're using Windows XP or later, then your operating system has built-in support for Zip files. They are described as "Compressed (zipped) folders." Just double-click on a Zip file and it will open in Explorer, just like a folder. Double-click on a file inside the compressed folder and you may be able to open that too (but really, Windows has extracted a copy of the file to another location and is opening that, as described above.)
If you're using Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT or Windows 2000 then you'll need to install a special application to open Zip files. The application that is usually recommended to use is WinZip but it does cost and is sometimes confusing. We recommend the following free Zip utility that you can download. It is safe and legal to use. 7 Zip .
